Starting at the bottom of this 4 story 6500 Sq. ft. rental you will find a private 12 seat theater with a 8 x 4 ft. screen, also on this same floor you will find a custom built pool table and bar with custom lighting and refridgerator.  A nice size deck is here for you to enjoy the outdoors,  also a bathroom with shower.

Heading upstairs to the main mid level floor is 2 nice size bedrooms and another full sized bathroom. Also on this level is the grand living room with 30 ft. ceilings and remote control curtains, high definition flat screen tv, and our utra modern kitchen with  top of the line high end appliances.  Also enjoy the breakfast bar, cherrywood cabinets and custom cut granite counter tops. On this same level, step outside into the half acre back yard  and cool off in the beautiful pool with pebble teck coating and island style jacuzzi over looking the pool. Heading to the other side of the yard is another patio deck with commercial sized bbq overlooking a nice basketball court and on the other side of the home is a great open grass area for entertaining with full sized playset for the kids.

Stepping back into the home and continuing to the third floor level is where you will find the massive 1500 sq. ft. master bedroom suite, the spa like bathroom has  double sided shower doors.  In the shower you will enjoy the luxury of 13 shower heads massaging you from every direction. When retiring for the evening you will enjoy another high definition big screen tv. The home is lavishly decorated with the finest materials on the market and has been interior designed with ultra modern in mind, even the 3 car garage is air conditioned keeping your car cool in the heat of the desert. Washer/dryer, we have even included a proffessional masseuse table and can arrange a massage for your relaxation. This is a non smoking home we have placed ashtrays and cigarette disposal cans out side the home. Please DO NOT throw cigarette butts on the ground.

50% down balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
