Two of the downstairs bedrooms are oceanfront, one with a king bed, the other with two twins; the back bedroom also has two twin beds and its own private lanai area.  

There is another house on this property, called the Princess Hale, but is only booked in addition to the Alii Hale. This is a 2,800 square foot home, 3 bedroom 3 bath, which can sleep an additional 8 persons. Prime is $500 a night extra, Holiday is $550 a night extra.
