Elegant Townhome in Jackson Hole

Lovely Townhome on Flat Creek. The interior is tastefully done in local western furnishings with 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens), 2.5 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, separeate dining area, living room, 2car garage, laundry room, an additional office/tv room, and outdoor hot tub . The living room, dining area and office have beautiful views of the Bridger/Teton range. The second story queen bedroom has a view of "The Grand". During the summer season we have trophy cutthroat trout about 50 feet from the front door. The home is directly adjacent to the Bridger Teton national forest and groomed ski trails in winter.

The home was completely remodeled and boasts a western design. The  kitchen is equipped with a 4 burner Wolfe professional series stove with large oven, Sub Zero freezer/refrigerator, granite counters and custom solid pine cabinets. Bathrooms are finished alder cabinets with honed limestone counters, custom glass shower enclosures, and slate floors. The second story bathroom has a separate double sink vanity. Slate flooring covers the entry, fireplace, and laundry room; hardwood floors are in the living room and dining room with carpeting in bedrooms.

The home is fully stocked with towels/bedding/ dishes and utensils, blender, microwave, food processor, spices and some staples. The office has an Ibook and printer with DSL/WI-FI. There is a fire place in the living room, stack washer dryer in the laundry room and extra freezer space in the 2 car garage. The Entertainment system features a e 42" NEC plasma display w/ Dolby 5:1 surround, DVD/CD and VCR players.  The Hot tub overlooks National Forest and comfortably seats 6 with a dual pump air jets for relaxing massage.  Oversized picture windows offer forest and creek views out dining area, living room and office.  Across the creek there are miles of wooded paths for hiking and biking on hillside terrain.  The townhome is equipped with a large float, camp chairs, cooler and beach towels.  This is a non smoking home and no pets are allowed.  The maximum occupancy is 6 people.

Bordered by the Tetons, Jackson Hole is one of the most beautiful vacation areas in the US. The town of Jackson is small but abundant in five star restaurants, live theater, two concert halls, boutique shopping, and art galleries. The southern gate to Yellowstone and the Grand Teton National Park are nearby. White water rafting or fishing on the Snake river is a few minutes away.

During the Spring, Summer and Fall there is world class fishing, rafting, mountain climbing, biking, and wildlife photography. Exquisite Golf courses and spas are abundant here plus dude ranches that offer horseback riding, another favorite pass time. The rodeo performances run twice/wk from May to Sept. In the Fall most of the area residents and many guests come to hunt deer and elk.

Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Teton Village caters to beginners with economical ski school packages that will have you skiing first day. For the expert skiers we have the most challenging terrain that the US has to offer only 12 miles from the house with bus service a 6 min walk. We've skied here since 1986 and haven't found a more challenging resort.  Snowking a smaller Ski Resort and has an indoor ice skating and a hockey team that plays all winter.  We frequently ski at the King as it is convenient, cheap, and next to 43North (a favorite restaurant) for Apre Ski.

Minimum 1 week rental within any 30 days, preference given to reservations of 2 weeks or more, stays longer than 1 week but less than 2 weeks are prorated on a daily basis with a discount, except Christmas & New Years weeks.

Minimum rates apply to off season, (April 5- May21 & Oct 1 - Nov27)
