Private house in Staten Island

Two family home with seperate entrances for each apartment.  Top two floors entail 3 bedrooms, including 2 with queen size beds and one with a single bed, an eat in kitchen and seperate living room with sleeper sofa.  There is also one full size bathroom.  Sleeps 7.

Bottom 2 floors entail an eat in kitchen, seperate living room with sleeper sofa, a bedroom with queen size bed, and a king size bed and sleeper sofa in basement.  In this unit there is a full size bathroom on each floor.  Sleeps 8.

Coffee makers, linens (including sheets and towels, pillows and blankets).

Off Street Parking for two cars. 

Central air conditioning on top 2 floors.  Ceiling fans.

Dishwasher in bottom apartment.

One mile from the famous Staten Island Ferry wihch takes you to Manhatten.

In Manhatten:  Chinatown and Little Italy, as well as the Indian Museum and Wall Street are within walking distance of the Staten Island Ferry.

There are also many museums to see in Manhatten such as The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Guggenheim, The Museum of Modern Art, and of course, The Museum of Natural History.

$1,400.00/week  for each unit.  Discount offered for monthly stays. 

Nightly rates vary according to amount of people staying.  $225.00 - 275.00/night.  

 $200.00 refundable security deposit required for all stays.
