The Enchanted Manor in Studio City

The Inn at The Enchanted Manor is a warm and friendly alternative to a hotel that offers a luxurious surrounding of comfort and total relaxation. Located on a peaceful tree lined cul de sac street. The property is also availabe for special events such as weddings, birthday parties, showers, corporate meetings, etc. The cost for parties starts at $2500.00 for up to 50 people. Over 50 people, please call for a quote.

The Jacuzzi sits above the pool with 3 waterfalls that cascade into the pool. The pool and jacuzzi are all rock formations. The property has a 40' x 40' redwood deck with a gazebo bar and fire pit. Great to conduct business meetings or just relax with friends at night around the fire pit. The Inn has a full kitchen including micowave oven and coffee pot. A private patio with a bbq. 16 foot high ceilings with ceiling fans. Octagon breakfast room with french windows that looks out to the pool. The pool is not heated during the winter months. An extra charge will apply if you wish to have it heated. Pets will be considered.

The lighting at night is magical. You feel like you're in a fairy land. The property has a tropical feel with palapa table and matching thatch roof on gazebo bar. The queen size Murphy bed in the Inn has a very plush matress and a varity of pillows to choose from. Cable TV and WIFI is included. A library of movies to choose from. For larger families who need another bedroom, a secret room behind a bookcase with leads to a finished attic with cable TV and 3 twin size beds can be opened up for an additional cost. Kids and adventurous adults love it.  Using this area opens up another living room with a fireplace as well, creating another 1000 sqare feet of living space.

The unique Play House (which is a mini version of the main house) can be utilized for an addtional cost. It also has cable TV, twin size beds, fire place and a phone line. There is also a tree house on the property. A high chair and crib can be provided. Washer and dryer on premises. Owner lives on the property but your rental area is very private and your privacy is respected.

Valley Village borders Sherman Oaks and Studio City. It's 2 blocks from the 101 and 405 freeway. Easy to get everywhere from here. 8 minutes from Beverly Hills, 5 minutes to Universal Studios and about 7-8 minutes into Hollywood. Disneyland is a 40 minute drive. Very centrally located. Many hiking trails are very close. Restraunts are all a 3 minute drive to Ventura Blvd. Grocery store is within walking distance.

If the secret room is needed the cost is $100.00 per night addtional.

Our Reservation Policy

Every guest reservation is both important and special. We appreciate your choosing our facility and look forward to your time with us. When you book a stay at The Inn, a $100.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is due upon reservation and a refundable damage deposit may also apply. The mandatory hotel tax of 12.5% will also be added to your reservation.

Because the Enchanted Manor is a single property and bookings are made well in advance, if any reservation is canceled or is shortened within sixty (60) days prior to your arrival, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If you are booking far in advance, cancelation insurance is recommended.
