Point O' Vue in Bahamas

Point O' Vue is a 3,100 s.f., 3 bedroom private home designed by the acclaimed Nassau architect, Michael Alexiou to the owners' personal specifications. The views of Winding Bay are spectacular from the front verandah, which runs the length of the house and offers a wonderful location for meals al fresco around the large teak dining table or simply relaxing and enjoying the breeze in one of the comfy lounge chairs.

The main living area of the house is open-plan, with 25' cathedral ceilings and sliding glass doors to both the front and back verandah. It is air conditioned. The living room has plenty of seating, and an entertainment center with satellite TV, VCR and CD player, games and CDs. The well-equipped kitchen offers all the amenities. A small study with phone and fax, a three-piece bathroom with shower, and a laundry room with washer and dryer are also located on the ground floor.

The master bedroom, with king-sized bed is located on the ground floor, with sliding doors to the front verandah. Two large bedrooms, each with two twin beds, are located on the second floor. Each bedroom has a private 4-piece bathroom and dressing/storage area, and outside access to verandah or deck. The bedrooms are equipped with both ceiling fans and air conditioners, and all bedding and towels are provided

$2800 per week from Thanksgiving through August, $2500 per week September to Thanksgiving. $3500 per week for Christmas/New Years (2 week minimum). Rates are for 4 adults plus children. For more than 4 adults add $150 per person per week.
