Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy an ocean view from this reasonably priced third row condo 
located in Sea Villas Condos in the quiet Windy Hill section of 
North Myrtle Beach, SC. 

The efficiency unit has all the comforts of home--large TV, DVD, 
VCR, videos, paperbacks, and much more. There is a full eat-in 
kitchen with microwave and lots of cookware. Two queen sized beds. 
Great private pool area with lounge chairs and covered seating too. 
It's a very short walk to one of the widest beaches in the area. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Two queen-sized beds.
Large TV with DVD, VCR, and movies. Radio and CD player.
Small eat-in kitchen with microwave, stove, and refrigerator.
Kitchen well-equipped with cookware and dishes. (No dishwasher)  :(
Second floor unit with balcony overlooking the pool and ocean view.
Fantastic, private pool area with plenty of lounge chairs.
All linens supplied with daily or check-out maid service too.

Activities and Attractions

Located near Barefoot Landing, the Alabama Theatre, and Tanger 
Outlet, one of the largest outlet malls in the area. Restaurants 
within a short walk. Restaurant row within a short drive. Discount 
coupons are available to local attractions. 

(You probably need a car to fully enjoy the area but folks have 
stayed without one.)

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates vary depending on season and length of stay but are among the 
most reasonable in the area.
