Vacation Rental Description

This Brandnew Luxury waterfront home is located in the vacation town 
Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida.  The 3-sory, mediterranean style 
villa is on deep water with unrestricted ocean access and comes with 
a deeded 40' dock and 35Amp/220V power and water for the boating entusiasts. It has a spectacular 
view of 3 canals and the intracoastal waterway from its oversized roof top 
terrace, private balcony and outside BBQ backyard, and it is in walking 
distance to the beach (3minute walk). For entertainment it features a 50' HD flatscreen 
Samsung TV and HD DVDplayer.  It comes with a pool, 2 car garage and 2 car 
guest spots and is located inside the small (6 homes) gated community 
called "Marina Village". Its overall size is 4560 sq.ft. incl. terrace and balconies,
with 3260 sq.ft. under air.  Its large wood pannelled private elevator connects
