This is your ultimate vacation destination: nestled between the ocean and the Intra-coastal waterway in tourist friendly Lauderdale-by-the-Sea beach town, it offers proximity to bars, restaurants like Ocean's 101, Aruba's Beach Cafe, Burgerfi and shops and it is only a short walk away from the beach. Its private dock allows you to keep your boat in front of your door, or have the local water taxi pick you up for a dinner trip. This home was built in 2007 and aims to please the most discriminating luxury home rental client; it is a property inside a security gate protecting the 6 homes of MARINA VILLAGE. There is one pool with lounge chairs on the waterside that can be directly accessed by walking along the dock.
The first floor hosts a formal dining room accommodating 8 people, a family room for leisure and reading, and a living room with a large HD Flatscreen TV. Its open floor-plan connects to a kitchen with granite counter-tops, stainless Viking and SubZero appliances. A mahogany wood flight of stairs or the wood paneled private elevator connects to the second and third floor with the sleeping quarters: there are 2 guest bedrooms with queen size beds and their own private bathrooms. There is a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and iron board as well as a sink. The linen and walk in closets offer beach and bath towels as well as linens. The master suite offers a large king size bed and its own 42' plasma TV. It opens through a french door into its own private balcony. The bathroom suite features a whirlpool, 2 separate sinks, a large walk in shower and a separate toilet room. This suite has an enormous walk in closet with lots of room on its wooden shield space and drawers. 
The 3rd floor features another bedroom with a king size bed and its own marble bathroom. Every room has its own flat screen TV. There is a roof top terrace with chairs, table, umbrella and a fire pit. This is a great place to hang out and enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset. The home is gated and only a short 3 minute walk away from the beach. Even the restaurants and bars are in walking distance, and a frequent taxi service can accommodate the lazy walker. Lauderdale by the Sea is geared to please tourists, and its vast offerings of activities, fine and casual dining and live music events is second to none in South Florida! Its fishing pier reaching out into the Atlantic is open to the public, and catching your own fish to prepare and BBQ on your roof terrace is a culinary memory you won't forget!

We do require a valid credit card for the security deposit (we do NOT charge the card unless there is a problem that remains unresolved past your departure)  To date we had no incident were a security deposit was used - please help keep it that way!
