No pets.
We have a nice view of the intercoastal from the comfortable screened lanai, and the condo complex is very quiet with beach access and a nice pool.
It is on the first floor, with covered parking just outside the door.
Located on Siesta Key near the Stickney Point Bridge, (about 1 mile to Tamiami Trail/US Route 41 and 4-5 miles todowntown Sarasota)

Security deposit on weekly rental = $200 with weekly rental fee due 45 days prior to rental period. Monthly security deposit = $375 with monthly fee due 45 days prior to rental period.
