Vacation Rental Description

A comfortable, 2-bedroom condominium overlooks the championship golf 
course of the Tara Golf and Country Club in the desirable area of 
Bradenton, Florida. Tastefully Custom decorated, fully furnished, and
ready to move in, it is the perfect place to call home during your 
vacation. In "The Verandas of Tara", this apartment unit is about 30 
minutes from some of the most popular Florida beaches including the
famous Siesta Key, Bradenton, Longboat and Anna Marie Island 
beaches.  The condo is centrally located to shopping, golf, fishing,
boating and other  Florida attractions.  A two minute walk takes you
to the local unheated swimming pool .

A one-time $100 country club membership fee entitles you to one of 
the best golf courses in the area, as well as heated pools, tennis 
courts, workout facility, a fabulous restaurant, driving range, and 
more.  Greens fees are included in the membership, pay only a cart 
fee. The club house, dining room pro shop are a short 5 minute drive away

Vacation Rental Amenities

This ground floor condo unit has large master bedroom with King-size
bed,2 walk-in closets and full master bath.  Walkout access is
provided from this bedroom to a comfortably furnished, screened lanai
that views the golf course; Green #6 and tee #7. The light and
spacious living area also opens up through double sliding doors to
the comfortable private lanai.  The second bedroom contains two twin
beds and is adjacent to the second full bath. The den houses a well
stocked library and contains a hide-a-bed sofa for two additional
guests.  The bright, fully equipped kitchen contains an eating nook
and overlooks the dining/living area. The dining room comfortably
seats six.  A full size washer and dryer are located in the unit for
your convenience.  Free local phone service, upgraded Cable TV and
water are provided. Electric utilities up to $75 are furnished.
