We rate all of our condos based on four criteria in order to make it easier for vacationers to compare different condos in different buildings. The criteria are as follows: unit size and quality, views, proximity to activities and building quality and amenities.

Unit Size and Quality: *****(5 Stars) Come enjoy this rare, corner unit with over 1000 square feet of space to spread out and relax. This condo comfortably sleeps 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.  In addition, there is a pack-n-play in the condo if you are traveling with small children.  No need to pay to bring this item on a plane or have it take up valuable space in the car.  Any cook will enjoy the well equipped kitchen that has all of the essentials you need to cook a meal away from home.  The dining table accomodates 4 people comfortably. After a fun-filled day of outdoor activities, your family can unwind and enjoy the large, flatscreen TV with DVD player and gas fireplace in the living room.

Proximity to Activities***** (5 Stars) A short walk (150 yards) allows for easy access to the new, high-speed, 8 person gondola, You are also steps from restaurants, shops, ski rental facilities, and a small grocery store.

Building Quality & Amenties Building ****(4 Stars) Buffalo Lodge was completed in the late 90’s and is one of the more exclusive buildings in the resort. This means there is less congestion in the building during busy times and all units are a short walk from the elevator. Speaking of elevators, there two high speed elevators that services only 90 units. Enjoy no hassle parking in the heated parking garage under the building. Laundry facilities are located on both the first and fifth floor. After a day of activities, come back to the exclusive BUFFALO CLUB located on the ground floor of Buffalo Lodge and enjoy the hot tubs, pool tables, or enjoy a good book in one of several sitting areas. Our quests also have exclusive access to the heated swimming pool and sauna at the adjoining Dakota Lodge.

Keystone Summer Events:

1. Keystone has many summer festivals for you to enjoy that are located just steps from the condo. Some of them include the World Music Festival (June 27), Frontier Fair and July 4 celebration (July 4), Uncorked Wine Festival (July 11-12), Bluegrass and Beer Festival (August 1-2), and the Blues Festival and Art Show (August 22-23).

2. Weekly events for kids and adults like Kids Discovery Days (every Tuesday from June 23-August 11), Family Fun Night with bounce houses for the kids, a dance performance, and carnival games (every Wednesday from July 1- July 29), and The Ant and The Grasshopper Theatre Production at the ampitheatre in River Run Village (every Friday from July 3-Aug 21).

3. Enjoy the following tours: Mine Tours, Historical Bus Tour, ATV tours, Four-wheel drive tours.

4. Take a scenic chair lift to the top of the mountain and enjoy a picnic.

5. Play miniature golf. It is a short 2 minute walk from Silver Mill.

6. Enjoy two championship golf courses.

7. Bike with the family on the bike trails or try downhill mountain biking.

8. Take a guided hike with a guide that will tell you about local animals, plants, wildlife, and history.

9. Other summer activities include boating, fly fishing, and rafting. These activities can be scheduled off the resort, but they are very close by.
