home as you enjoy the amenities of the 55+ gated resort community 
and Trilogy Golf Club.  Snowbirds who enjoy golf and other sports 
will find this an ideal vacation rental home to spend the late fall 
and winter months in the Sunny Arizona climate.  
GREAT FOR SUPER BOWL WEEK 
The living and dining area of the rental has vaulted ceilings
adjoining a spacious 
kitchen, which makes the great room the ideal setting for 
entertaining guests or relaxing after golfing, swimming, or 
exercise.  This fully furnished home has a split floor plan 
with the master suite privately separated from the guest room.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This beautiful home comes with central Air Conditioning and Heating, 
TV/DVD, Washer, Dryer, 2 1/2 Car Garage/Electric Door, Covered 
Patio, Custom grill with seating area. The Breakfast Bar sits 5.  
The Kitchen has cherry wood Cabinets includes Microwave, Flat Top 
Range, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, and Ice Maker. Cooking utensil, 
dish ware, coffee maker, and linens are provided.  The house is 
equipped with reverse osmosis drinking water 
and water softener. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an 
adjoining bathroom that leads into a 2 walk in closet.  The second 
bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and private bathroom the 
den comes with a desk, book self and TV.

Activities and Attractions

This home is located within walking distance of the Trilogy Golf 
Club (but you have a golf cart available in garage) and the adjacent 
Trilogy at Power Ranch Community Resort facilities. Renters have 
access to the community resort facilities through the homeowner 
association and includes discounts on the 18-hole golf course with 
restaurant. The resort facilities include two heated swimming 
pools,m spa, Jacuzzi, tennis courts,fitness center with exercise 
equipment,special art classes, and computer room with access to high 
speed internet.   Trilogy Power Ranch Community is located  30 
minutes from the airport and has nearby shopping malls.  Enjoy early 
spring in the Gilbert area and baseball games at spring training 
camps for many of the major leagues.

Monthly rates available and start at $2000 per, Please call with 
questions. Golf cart included in rental.

December, January, March and April $800.00 per week or $2,500/month 

Feburary $1,500.00 per week or 5000. for the month

May - September $1,200/month 
October - December $2000/month 

Yearly $2000/month 
Monthly and weekly rates include all utilities (first 50.00), local 
phone, and cable TV)
Booking/Security/Deposit = $600 (Deposit refunded with no damage)
Cleaning Fee = $200
No smoking in house permitted
