If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing destination, or one filled with fun, adventure and nightlife, you’ll find it here.   Jet ski and kayak rentals, parasailing, and pick-up games of volleyball can be found right across the street on the beach behind Doc’s Beach House Bar and Grill.  Walk the endless miles of white sugar sand beach past the multi-million dollar homes of Vanderbilt Beach.    Also right across from the condo is Barefoot Beach Nature Preserve, where you’ll find secluded beach areas, nature paths, and wildlife viewing.   Everything is within walking distance or a short drive from the condo.  A 5-10 minute drive to the north you’ll also find Lovers Key State Park Beach and Fort Myers Beach.  Going south of Bonita to Marco Island you can take in the Swamp Buggy Races, head to Naples for shopping on Fifth Avenue, or go further south to the Everglades for an airboat tour.   Numerous shops and restaurants abound right outside your condo door or just a short drive.  Museums/galleries, live theatre, charter fishing tours, and even ice hockey are all just a few minutes drive.

Add a departure cleaning fee of $70.00, 11% FL Sales Tax, and a $250.00 refundable security deposit to the above rates.  Rates include all utilities.   Arrival/departure days of the week are flexible to fit your vacation schedule in off season.  Saturday to Saturday only during peak season.
