Beautiful Lake House. Private, gorgeous sunsets and views. Three
bedrooms, (one bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has a double
futon with a top bunk, third bedroom has two double beds and a trundle
bed), pull-out futon in very pretty sunroom. Piano.
Living room and sunroom have skylights. Sleeps 6 easily. 220 feet shale beachfront, 5.6 acres of woods.

Only 3 other docks on this very pretty cove. East shore Seneca Lake on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. 10 minutes from Geneva, Hobart and William Smith College, restaurants, groceries, movies, bowling alley etc. 40 minutes from Ithaca, Cornell, Ithaca College.
Gorgeous sunsets. Kitchen with microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, stove, oven, refrigerator, all utensils, pots and pans, washing machine, dryer.
Large deck. Nice grassy yard. Picnic table, charcoal grill, two rowboats, canoe,
board games in case of rain, VCR with assorted movies there (including
children's movies-Jungle Book etc.), no TV reception. Campfire by deck and also campfire area on beach. 51 (sturdy) stairs to beach. Beautiful dock, off-shore boat mooring, swimming raft, great fishing, excellent swimming. Water starts shallow with gradual incline, no dropoffs.
  Must bring your own linens and towels.
$1600/week plus refundable $200 security deposit.

   We have a two-night minimum stay and are available during the fall and winter 2009. Also booking now for srping and summer 2010.

We have availabilities in the "off-season" (Winter,Spring,
Fall.) The cost is $250 per night, with a minimum stay of two nights.
We rent Sun. to Sun. Check in time is 4PM Sun. and check out is noon
the following Sun.
 Availabilities:

   Sept. 13- Sept. 18, Sept. 20-23, Sept. 27-Oct. 1, Oct. 4-9, and days or weeks after Oct. 12  are available at this time.
