Beautiful Lake House. Private, gorgeous sunsets and views. Large private beach.  Three
bedrooms, (one bedroom has a double bed, second bedroom has a double futon with a top bunk, third bedroom has two double beds and a trundle bed), pull-out futon in very pretty sunroom, also pull-out sofa bed in living room. Sleeps 12 easily. Piano.
Living room and sunroom have skylights.  Cozy and spacious cottage.

220 feet shale beachfront, 5.6 acres of woods. Very private location. Only 3 other docks on this very pretty cove. Beautiful dock. Beach shack on shore with assorted water toys, life jackets. Canoe and rowboat included in rental.

Very private location on east shore of Seneca Lake on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. 10 minutes from Geneva, Hobart and William Smith Colleges, restaurants, groceries, movies, bowling alley etc. 40 minutes from Ithaca, Cornell, Ithaca College.

Nice “open style” kitchen with microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, stove, oven, refrigerator, all utensils, pots and pans, washing machine, dryer.
Gorgeous sunsets. Large new deck. Nice grassy yard. Picnic table, charcoal grill. Large white porch rocking chairs, Adirondack chairs, lawn furniture. Hammock.
Board games, flat screen TV with basic cable service,  DVD player and assorted movies for a rainy day.  Wireless internet (Wi fi).
Excellent cell phone reception.

Cozy campfire area by cottage and also campfire area on beach. Plenty of  firewood, free for the gathering in woods surrounding the cottage. Well maintained level gravel driveway through 5.6 acres of woods to cottage. 51 (sturdy) wooden stairs to beach. Beautiful dock, off-shore boat mooring, off-shore wooden floating swimming raft to swim to and relax on.
Excellent swimming. Water starts shallow with gradual incline, no drop-offs, sandy bottom in swimming area, good area for kids to swim and to learn to swim.

Great fishing (Seneca lake is the "Lake Trout Capitol of the World.")

Well behaved dogs are fine.

Must bring own linens and towels.

$2500/week plus refundable $200 security deposit. $2400 per week off season. We rent Sun. to Sun. weekly. Check in time is 4PM Sun. and check out is noon the following Sun.

We have some availabilities in the "off-season" (Winter,Spring, Fall.) The nightly rate is $350 per night, with a minimum stay of two nights.
