This is the ultimate vacation for boaters or those of you who love the sound of rippling water! Once you arrive at the East Port Marnia, you'll think you have arrived in Florida!  Peoria is truly the well hidden gem of Illinois!  There are no metal roofs on these docks!  This 65' houseboat rests at the end of a private dock, with an open air bar, just a few slips away, where the dock residents gather with their food and drink, to play some cards, watch tv or just chat!  Don't worry, they will welcome you with open arms, they are the some of nicest people we have ever met!   So get your family together for a vacation that you will remember for years to come!  Bring your boat or pwc and we'll provide you with a slip.   Experience the Illinois River and wonderful people who boat here, and I'll know you'll be coming back for more!

You will find something appealing around every turn in Peoria, if it's not the views that will amaze you, it'll be the well groomed town and it's down home people that will dazzle you! If golfing is your pleasure you will find dozens of courses.  If  it's the nightlife you thrive for you, will find many venues playing a wide range of music to suit everyones listening pleasure. 

On a budget, aren't we all, then enjoy the free concerts, by water or land.  On the dock, enjoy $5.00 pizza night, per person, all you can eat!  At the local club, within the Marina enjoy 50 cent margharitas, every Wednesday night!  The view from this houseboat will intrege you, as you are looking at beautiful downtown Peoria, and when the lights come on at night, there is no scene more romantic that will captivate your eye and fill your heart with desire!  Try your luck at gambling, the boat is just 1/2 mile away! 

Families, we've got you covered also, take the kids to a baseball game the O'Brien Field, home of the Cubs - minor league, visit DragonLand Water Park, or the Peoria Zoo, explore Caterpillar's tractor tough playground, with your children and then it's your turn to shop at the Shoppes at Grand Prairie.  The list goes on and on!

The above rates are to stay on the house boat at the dock, not to navigate it on the river!  If you care to see the beautiful sites of the Illinois River or to take a short ride to the Landing,  we will provide a Captain, for a donation to The St. Jude Foundation.

Cleaning Fee: $125.00

$400.00 will reserve your dates.
The remaining balance of your vacation is due 30 days prior to your
arrival date and no later than 2 weeks.  If your date is available and 
it is less than 2 weeks, we will accept your credit card for full payment.
