Waterfront Luxury Villa in Isla del Sol

Watch the birds fly and sunsets from the Florida room that over looks  the bay and pool.  You are  in a first floor villa only a few feet from the bay and pool. There is also a dock to sit by and dream your dreams. There is one/half baths, living room. dining area, kitchen and and one bedroom with queen bed. Totally relaxing.

Microwave, refridgerator,stove, toasteroven, coffee pot , pots/pans and and all the utensils you need to cook your favorite meal.   Linens and towels are also furnished. Lg TV in living room and sm TV in bedroom.

Boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, tennis. Lots of great restaurants to eat at. Ft. deSoto beach and St.Pete beach  only a short distance away. These are both very beautiful beaches. Bush gardens, disneys world and sea world are great places to visit and make a great day outing. You can keep busy enjoying the sites or just relax and get away from it all.

There is a $400 security deposit, 75.00 application fee, 12% tax and 100.00 cleaning fee.  Balance is due 45 days before arrival. The security deposit is nonrefundable if canceling 60 days prior to arrival. Check in time is 2 PM day of arrival and check out time is 10 AM day of departure.
