3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome located on the island. Really close to
the London Bridge shops and restaurants. We are right next to the
Lake Havasu Marina, where you may dock your boat in a slip for a daily fee or just launch from there. Golf course is located right next door to us.

marinas and boat ramps. Linens and towels are provided with a full

There is a path across the street from our units in which you can
walk, bike, jog or roller-blade and it goes around the island.

Our daily rate is $180.00 a night with two-night min.
Our weekly rate is $1,000.00
Our holiday rate is $300.00 a night with three-night min.
Our weekly holiday rate is $1500.00
We require a $500.00 security deposit to reserve the dates.
Our cleaning fee is $65.00 and $75.00 for weekly and holidays.
