Pergola/Patio overlooks the sandy beach, lake and pool.  A grill and fire pit adds to the enjoyments of the sunsets.  A playground is on the opposite side of the lake.

 Cancellation Policy 90 days notice (refund if proper notice &  week can be filled) or forfeit 

Vacation Insurance is encouraged

Rates are paid to book the vacation time. Rates is based on 8 or less in the group.

Deposit is a $500 check presented at 4pm check and return via mail after cleaning--check out noon.

In rate taxes and 2 hours of cleaning is included--overage is charged at a rate of $25 per hour

A PET is considered--pet deposit of $250 (daily rate of $25 per day is due at check in)

Check in is at 4pm--if you need please inquire for a different check in time at booking so that check in time can remain complimentary--changes regarding check in after Memorial Day can be tricky
