Lovely Home now booking for the 2012 Vacation Season! Lovely Lake House with lake front on Fox Lake. This is in the Blue Lake/Twin Lake area. Fall weekends (Friday, Saturday and late check out Sunday) for the month of September with rate of $500 and September week getaways $700.
Five minutes to Cedar Point's Michigan Adventure Amusement Park (open until 9/17). The home has grand bamboo floors, designer colors and tastfully furnished. Three bedrooms, a den, family room, living room, dinning and fully stocked kitchen. Pergola/Patio overlooks the sandy beach, lake and pool. A grill and fire pit adds to the enjoyments of the sunsets. A playground is on the opposite side of the lake.

Rental are Saturday to Saturday check in at 4pm and check out at noon (those specfic times)
Rates are based on 8 or less than are one immediate family (9th and 10th person $10 each for each night)--maximum 10
$200 DISCOUNT for rates paid before April 1, 2012 -- Booking for 2012

Cancellation Policy 90 days notice (refund if proper notice & week can be filled) or forfeit
Vacation Insurance is encouraged
Rates are paid to book the vacation time. Rates is based on 8 or less in the group.
Deposit is a $500 check presented at 4pm check and return via mail after cleaning--check out noon.
In rate taxes and 2 hours of cleaning is included--overage is charged at a rate of $25 per hour
A PET is considered--pet deposit of $250 (daily rate of $25 per day is due at check in)
