Recently refurbished second floor unit overlooking lagoon with screened-in porch with private walkway from parking area minutes from ocean and centrally located on island. 

No pets.  This is a pet free environment.  Many of our family and guests depend upon that our villa is pet free due to allergies etc.  If you arrive with a pet you will be required to board it at a local kennel facility off island.

Rates may vary depening upon season, school vacations and holidays.

  • Beautiful setting Left on 03/19/2013 for a stay in March 2013 We truly enjoyed this wonderful condo. It overlooks a peaceful lagoon, and is wonderfully appointed. It is conveniently located to all that Kiawah Island has to offer.

This villa is an awesome value. It was very comfortable and inviting. We had a couple of rainy days during our stay, no worries, sitting out on that screened porch over looking the lagoon during the shower was enchanting...the rain did not touch us. The views from the master suite, living room, breakfast nook and porch are breathtaking. Prepare to be charmed.

What a bargain! This wonderful condo has everything Kiawah as to offer at a great price. There is nothing lacking and everything is top notch. The screen porch is heaven and the bed provided 7 days of blissful sleep. The owners were very helpful in providing all of the information we needed.
Kiawah Island is a gem and Charleston a 20 minute drive...a great town for food and culture. We only went once because it was hard to tear ourselves away from Kiawah. Go...and stay at the Glaude's condo. You wont regret it!

This is a terrific villa. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and well furnished, lovely peaceful view of the lagoon. Easy bike ride to the beach, Sanctuary, East Beach Village, Rhetts Bluff, and Tennis Courts. Our kids especially enjoyed being able to ride their bikes to their tennis lessons and to East Beach for a snack afterward! Kiawah is our favorite beach destination, and your villa makes it that much more enjoyable.

The property was well maintained and the unit was clean and more than adequate for a family of 4. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. The beach is perfect for small kids, families and bicycle riding. Golf was great but a little pricey on the island. I would definitely return. However, I would have wished for a pool and outdoor grill on the grounds (within Turtle Cove). The beach was within walking/biking distance so we didn't miss the pool too much other than to rinse off after the beach. The owner was extremely nice to work with.

Recommended for: families with young children
