Location Location Location. Welcome to The Waves Condominium. You will just love this Brand New Professionally decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Condo. It is directly across from the beach access. Literally, step across the street and you are there, less than 2 minutes from some of the finest beaches in South Padre Island! And convenient to everything SPI has to offer.
This impeccable unit features granite counters, tile floors throughout, superior light fixtures and upgraded bathrooms. A stackable washer/dryer, all stainless kitchen equipment with glass flat-top stove, 2 flat screen TVs and all the little extras to make your stay comfortable; whether you're staying for a long weekend, a week or even a month or two.
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, 2 night stands, a dresser and a flat screen TV. It also features a connecting bathroom with granite countertop and an extra large tile shower stall. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds with New linens and comforter sets.
The second bathroom is also nicely decorated with granite countertops. For additional sleeping arrangements, the sofa converts to a full size bed. An inflatable Aerobed is also available, for your convenience.
Outside, you will enjoy a pool along with an outdoor shower to rinse off. All of this makes this one of the best places to stay in South Padre Island.
Just bring your clothes and you are ready for fun in the sun. No Smoking and No Pets. One adult must be 25 years or older.
