perfect South Padre beach house for your family reunion with room
for everyone! Our beach house is located directly across the street
from the Gulf and public beach access on a large professionally
landscaped lot with a vacant lot next door. Enjoy the ocean views
from the front deck, play in the new game room (cable tv, foosball,
dual electronic basketball, loads of board games, etc.), have a
barbecue in the backyard, and relax in comfort and style. The units
at "Avalon By The Sea" have been completely remodeled and
refurnished and come fully equipped with all brand-new furnishings
from top to bottom! All units have high speed wireless internet
access. Two outdoor showers.

4+ Bedroom Unit
You will feel like you are in paradise when you walk into this
bright and spacious 2,400 square foot unit which has been totally
remodeled and beautifully furnished as of June 2005 – everything is
brand new!. There are 20’ ceilings in the entryway, living and
dining rooms and an open staircase to the upper level. The living
room has a large new leather sectional plus additional seating and
flat LCD TV and DVD. The open dining room seats 10 people and the
fully-equipped new kitchen also has all brand new appliances and has
everything you need (including but not limited to: blender,
microwave, toaster oven, tortilla warmer, teapot, cooking utensils,
etc.). Both bathrooms in the unit have also been remodeled. High
speed wireless (and cable modem) internet access.

Ocean views!!! Watch the waves roll in from the front deck! Ocean
views also from the living room (both front and side), kitchen, main
level master bedroom, loft, and 2 upstairs bedrooms. The upper
level master has a great view of the fireworks!!!

The unit comfortably sleeps 16 people (14 in beds) and has four
bedrooms plus a loft, two bathrooms and lots of closet space. The
bedrooms are set up as follows:

Main Level Master Bedroom: Large 20’ room w/private rear balcony,
walk-in-closet and ocean view. Two queen size beds. Cable TV.

Upper Level Master Bedroom: Large 20’ room w/ two queen size beds.
Cable TV w/DVD.

Upper Level “Kid’s” Room: Two sets of bunk beds (4 twins) plus full
size futon. Cable TV. (Room is a good-size L-shaped open room –
photos appear deceivingly small).

Upper Level Loft: One full-size pull out couch. Ocean view.


2 Bedroom Unit

This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath has fabulous ocean views from EVERY
room! Everything is brand new in this 900 sq. ft. unit! The large
open living room, which has 2 full-size pull-out couches and a new
36” flat screen TV w/DVD, adjoins the dining room and the fully-
equipped
kitchen, which has a pantry, and all brand new appliances.

Ocean views!!! Watch the waves roll in from the front deck! Ocean
views also from the living room (both front and side), kitchen, and
both bedrooms.

The unit comfortably sleeps 8 people (6 in beds – 10 max) and has
two full baths. The bedrooms are set up as follows:

adjoining full bath.

Second Bedroom: One queen size bed. Ocean view. (Full bath in the
hallway).


1 Bedroom Unit
These units of the home are on the main level and have a front deck,
new kitchens, new furniture and furnishings, etc. Sleeps 4. The
bedrooms each have a queen size bed and the living rooms each have
a full-size pull-out sofa. New 27” cable TV.


Enjoy The Outdoors At Avalon By The Sea!

Sit and relax on the 4 new rattan loveseats on the upper deck with
beautiful ocean views! The back yard has a new large gas grill and
two huge 12’ picnic tables for everyone in your group to dine
outdoors!

Avalon by the Sea is as close as you can get to the beach without
being right on the sand! The public beach access is directly across
the street and we have brand new coolers on wheels, wagons, beach
umbrellas, chairs and mats for you. Our two outdoor showers are
refreshing after a day at the beach.

games, table and chairs, and cable tv), high speed wireless internet
access, complementary laundry room with washer and dryer, telephone,
