Dolphins pass in Hudson

Raised modular home with amazing Gulf views. House located at the mouth of a canal that leads straight out to the Gulf of Mexico. From the large deck you can watch the sun set, boats pass by, dolphins fishing and the occasional manatee.

There is a dock to fish from. Large concrete area for bar b q right on the water. 

There is a large gargage and parking for up to four cars. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs of which 1 is ensuite and 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs. 

The house location is so peaceful and the views are fabulous. Take the boat out to the Gulf and just float around and watch the fish swim by in the crytal clear water. There is an awesome island about 20 minutes away by boat, just drop anchor and relax on the beach, just be careful of the low and high tides. 

Pontoon boat upon request with life vests ( some boating experience required). Blow up floats. Paddle boat. Hammock. Fishing poles and tackle.

Publx is 1.5 miles away. Plenty of restaraunts in Hudson. Golf courses galore. Casino boat ride in New Port Richey. Sams retaraunt right on the water at Hudson beach is very friendly and affordable. Disney is 2 hours away, Busch Gardens is 1 hour away. A full list will be in the house.
