Vacation Rental Description

This is a Must See House! Nestled in the beautiful Poconos Mountains,  
the house is sitting right on the lake and only three houses down  
from  
the public beach. You can fish from the backyard (do not forget to  
have your fishing license) or you can take a row boat.  
 
The house itself has four bedrooms (Three bedrooms have queen size bed, one bedroom has full size  
bed), three bathrooms (One with the  
whirlpool tub, one with custom shower), loft (with sofabed), living room, dining room, and  
eat-in kitchen with marble flooring. The lower level has pergo  
floors, and ceramic tile. 
Also it has a large deck, screened porch, and garage. It can  
comfortably accommodate 10 to 12 people.  
However the best feature of the house is a brand new SAUNA room.  It  
provides hot dry steam and can sit up to 4 people at a time. 
 
As far as Penn Estates, it is a luxury community with its own pools,  
clubhouses, and lakes. You can either stay in the community and enjoy  
those amenities, or you can drive to enjoy other activities in the  
area. They include paintball, horseback riding, shooting ranges,  
water parks, and shopping. All of those are located within minutes  
from the Penn Estates.

Also the rates that are posted are valid rates, The week will cost  
 $1500, The weekend (non holiday) is $900 and I have midweek special (Sun night-Friday  
morning) which is only $800 There will be 10%  
discount for 2 or more weeks.  All bookings will require at least  
$500 security deposit.
