The apartment is located on the third floor of a typical Eixample
building without elevator.

This apartment has two double bedrooms: the master bedroom, furnished
with a queen size bed, is a bright pleasant room plenty of natural
light and has two exits to small balconies characteristic of this area
of Barcelona. The second bedroom comes with two single beds.

The living has plenty of light and an exit to a small balcony. Sofa
is able to turn into a comfortable bed and allows the apartment to
provide accommodation up to 5 people.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything the guest might need
to prepare a meal or to have a snack, and the bathroom comes with bathtub.

Location

This Barcelona apartment is located close to Estació del Nord and Arc
de Triomf, 5-10 minutes walk to El Born, a very trendy area in the Old
City with narrow medieval streets and squares, where you can find
stylish boutiques, cafes, terraces and restaurants. Also you can go to
Plaça Catalunya and Las Ramblas in a 10-15 minutes walk and it is also
easy to get to Port Olímpic and the beaches of Barcelona.

The surrounding area has great communications by public transport. The
nearest metro station is Arc de Triomf, located 100 meters away, from
where you can get any tourist attraction in less than 10 minutes trip.

Just 50 meters away you can find Estació del Nord, the main bus
station in the city, where you can take or leave the bus that connects
the city with the airport of Girona.

In addition, the apartment is close to two of the more emblematic
urban parks of Barcelona: The Parc of the Nord and the one of the
Ciutadella, where locals relax taking a walk, riding a bicycle,
reading or simply enjoying with the family.
