It has an old time country porch facing the lake where you can sit in grandma's rocking chairs with coffee in hand and listen to the call of the birds as the fish jump in the lake. Nestled in a quiet serene cove, you can enjoy privacy and beauty while relaxing in the air conditioned cabin or splash in the lake while the temperature rises.

Enjoy boating, fishing, or water sports while your stress melts away as the steaks sizzle on the grill. After the activities of the day, feel the cool night air of the mountains that surround you, and love every minute of your vacation as you unwind and prepare for a good nights sleep.

On the other hand, if water sports aren't for you, you are within 32 miles of the Bristol Motor Speedway; 36 miles to historic Jonesborough, the oldest town in Tennessee and home of the National Storytelling Festival held annually the first weekend of October. It is only 33 miles to Boone North Carolina, with all its history; 18 miles to Elizabethton, filled with antique stores and restaurants. If that is not enough and you are adventurous, 84 miles away beautiful Ashville, North Carolina waits for your pleasure. You won't believe all the unique specialty shops for the lady who loves to find that one of a kind item.
