Welcome to one of the finest "gated" communities in Palmetto Dunes. Breathtaking view of the lagoon and golf course from the deck of our beautifully furnished and freshly painted villa. Enjoy walking to private beach club, (Disney, Hilton, & Marriott), grill at the beach, pool, twenty-five tennis courts, three world class golf courses, a marina, and miles of bicycle trails. This beautiful second floor villa overlooks the 15th hole of the George Fazio Golf Course. The Arthur Hills and Robert Trent Golf Courses are also located at this resort. Deluxe accommodations which are freshly painted, light, bright and airy, with wall to wall windows, ceiling fans, tiling throughout, cathedral ceilings, and a sunken living room/dining room. The LR has French Doors that lead to the deck and a spiral staircase which goes to the second bedroom. There are three flat screen TVs with cable and DVD players. (High Definition TV with over 300 channels.) High Speed Internet can be accessed anywhere in the villa including decks. Take in the view while utilizing your computer. "Free long distance" to anywhere in U.S. and Canada provided.The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and private updated bath. French doors from the bedroom lead to the balcony overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with private updated bath, walk in closet, & flat screen TV. The convertible bed is queen size.
A fully functional bright open kitchen with new stainless appliances and a breakfast bar offers the conveniences of home. The dining area has seating for six and the bar seats four. The villa has a laundry room.

However bicycle, canoe, kayak, and beach equipment are available for rent from PD Outfitters which is within walking distance. Outfitters will give a 20% discount if you rent from our villa. From March 1st through October 1st enjoy the free Palmetto Dunes Shuttle Service which will take you wherever you want to go in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. The service will pick you up at the villa. The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
