PARADISE VILLA: Deluxe accommodations which are freshly painted, light, bright and airy, with wall to wall windows, ceiling fans, tiling throughout, cathedral ceilings, and a sunken living room/dining room. The LR has new furniture & French Doors that lead to the deck and a spiral staircase which goes to the second bedroom. There are three flat screen TVs with cable and DVD players.  (High Definition TV with over 300 channels.) ShowTime and Movie Channels are available until November 15, 2013.  High Speed Internet can be accessed anywhere in the villa including decks. Take in the view while utilizing your computer. "Free long distance" to anywhere in U.S. and Canada provided.The spacious master bedroom has a NEW king size bed, flat screen TV, and private updated bath with granite vanity top. French doors from the bedroom lead to the balcony overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom has a NEW queen size bed with private updated bath, walk in closet, & flat screen TV. The New convertible bed in LR is queen size.

A fully functional bright open kitchen with new stainless appliances and a breakfast bar offers the conveniences of home. The dining area has seating for six and the bar seats four. The villa has a laundry room.

Community Amenities: It is a short walk to the pool, magnificent beach, golf and tennis center, Alexanders Restaurant, Dunes Restaurant, Big Jim's Restaurant and PD General Store. Palmetto Dunes acclaimed tennis instructional program is ranked #2 in the World for Best Instruction by Tennis Resorts Online as well as #8 in the World for Top Tennis Resorts. However bicycle, canoe, kayak, and beach equipment are available for rent from PD Outfitters which is within walking distance. Outfitters will give a 20% discount if you rent from our villa.  From April 1 through September 30 enjoy the free Palmetto Dunes Shuttle Service which will take you wherever you want to go in Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove. The service will pick you up at the villa. The hours are 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
