Eleganant,spacious and cozy 1-bedroom condos with tropical decor,full kitchens,living/dining area,just minutes drive from the airport,downtown Miami,South Beach,and historic Coconut Grove.Ideal location to escape the winter cold and spend a fabulous week or month vacationing on an Island Paradise.Units with Private Patios depends on availabilty.We are located between two tropical state parks.(both of these parks have beaches,picnic& bbq areas,bike trails.jogging paths,fishing piers,restaurants and beautiful tropical landscape)And in the middle of the island there is a 9-acre Village Green Park with walking/jogging path,playing fields,and kids playground.We also have a state of the art community center with the best exercise equipment available also a nearly Olympic size heated pool and all sorts of different classes Dance,aerobics,Yoga etc.Four blocks easy walk or bike ride to the our beach on the Atlantic Ocean.Easy walk to boutique shopping, restaurants,park,grocery store,pharmacy and library.Less than a mile to excellent tennis,golf,Seaquarium,Boating & Kids Playground. Our Bike trails through a tropical paradise and beaches are just like in National Geografic.
We have 8 diferent one bedroom apartments available at the same location.All have been remodeled and are elegantly furnished some have king beds others queen beds all are very clean and beautifull.Not all have private patios if a private patio is a must for you please mention this in your inquiry.Thank you.
