Our renovated 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment includes a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and all the dishes a chef could desire. We provide linens and towels, beach chairs, beach towels, DVD/CD/Radio, surround sound system, and 37-inch LCD flat screen TV. The common area of the condo features a heated pool with breath-taking views overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean, an excercise room with treadmills, stationary bikes and weight equipment, a billards room, and lounge area with WiFi.
vacation rental rates
$2700.00 per month In-Season (November-March), with a 3-month minimum rental period.
*11% state and local tax must be added for any rentals under 6 months.
Lower rates available for off-season (April-October). No daily or weekly rentals.
