The lanai and pool area are very quiet and private with a stunning golf course view. We have just upgraded our patio furniture to a new very comfortable set.

Our home is located on Bunker Lane and really does have all the amenities you could wish for including a solar heated pool! Furnished and equipped to the highest of standards featuring a large 42" flat screen LCD HD TV in the spacious living room with full HD cable and HBO on demand, DVD player, surround sound, high speed wireless internet connection for your laptop, free local and national calls with cordless phone. Sliding doors out to the lanai with an amazing heated pool and golf course view. Master suite features a luxury king bed with top of the range Serta pillow top mattress, LCD TV with cable, walk in closet and full bathroom with bath and shower and a door out to the pool area. The luxury queen bedroom features a flat screen wall mounted TV with cable, luxury furnishings throughout, private bathroom, plenty of closet space and a private door out the the pool area. The third bedroom (2 x twin beds and crib available for infants) again has a private bathroom and a large closet. The lanai area has an outside shower and solar heated pool with floor lighting making it perfect for a night time swim. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could require and a seperate laundry room with washer, dryer and utility sink.

Bunker Lane is a very quiet neighbourhood and is a great location to really relax and enjoy your vacation.

This home is ideally located to play any of the Rotonda golf courses (walk across to the Palms club house which is less than a 2 minute walk across the course), practice your shots at the driving range or chipping green which are both located directly behind the house. Should golf not be for you, our home is very close to the nearby beaches of Englewood (Englewood and Manasota Beaches) and Boca Grande as well as the beaches of Palm Island and Don Pedro Island, accessible only by boat. Boat rental is a great way to explore the area and is very popular. A large selection of shops is only 10 minutes away or 15 minutes to the mall / cinema in Port Charlotte where you will find a huge selection of  restaurants and tourist attractions.
