Beautiful Executive(screened) Pool Home Gated Community in New Port Richey

3000 sq ft home on 1 acre in private gated community. No smoking 3 bedroom, 2 bath with full screened lanai, heated pool and hot tub/jacuzzi. Note: Pool is heated November 1st through April 30th.

Master bedroom select comfort king bed, 27" cable TV, walk-in make up room and bath, and walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom, queen bed, 20" cable TV. 3rd bedroom, two twin beds, and 20" cable TV. Very large, open living room with 36" cable TV with dvd player, Bose radio with CD player, stone fireplace, and french doors leading out to the pool area. Very large open full kitchen with water/ice in the door refrigerator, microwave, range, Bunn coffee machine, snack stools, dishwasher and all of the equipment, utensils, cookware,dishes and silverware that you will need.Full separate dining room. Reading area with sofa that pulls out into a double bed. Just off the kitchen there is a breakfast room with internet connection that overlooks the pool and lanai. Seperate laundry room with Kenmore "Elite" washer and a Maytag "Neptune Dryer. Outside screened lanai and pool area also has a stainless steel gas grill, large patio table and chairs, and 27"cable TV. There is also a 4 person hot tub/jacuzzi for your comfort and relaxation. If you enjoy playing darts, there is a lighted electronic dart board for hours of fun.

Rates: May 1st to November 30th / $110 per night , $700 per week. December, January and April $1,000 per week. February and March $1,200 per week. Rates are based on 2 persons, $5 per night or $35 per week per each extra person up to max. of 8 persons. Please refer to calander for availablity. 4 Night Minimum May through November, 1 week minimum December through April. Bookings require 30% deposit within 10 days of request. Full payment is due 30 days prior to check in. Cashiers check, money order or wire tranfer. Personal checks will only be accepted for deposits made 30 days out of more.  There will be an arrival walkthrough and a departure walkthrough. A fully refundable security deposit of $200.00 will be held and  returned in full upon successful departure walkthrough. $200.00 deposit will be forfeited due to missing or damaged items and/or extensive cleaning at owners discretion. Renters must be 25 years old to rent. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date will forfeit the deposit. NO SMOKING inside the home and no pets. Check in and check out will be based on weekends(Saturday & Sunday) only.
