Our apartments are in the West End of the city centre, about 5 mins walk from Princess Street, the main central street in Edinburgh. There is off street private parking and it is on the main bus and taxi route from the airport. The apartments have a double bedroom with ensuite, a double/twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, so can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults. Two  apartments have 2 beautiful outside terraces, one off the master bedroom, which has a view of the castle and one off the kitchen. Each apartment comes fully equipped for your stay, with DVD player, TV, microwave, etc.

The larger apartment is in the East End of the city, about 10mins walk from Princess Street. It has off street private parking. This apartment has a double bedroom with ensuite, a twin bedroom, a single bed over double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, so can comfortably accommodate up to 9 adults. This apartment also comes fully equipped for your stay including DVD, TV and microwave etc.

There are also 2 apartments right next door, catering for larger groups up to 12. If this is not enough, with all our apartments being in the same development, we can increase this to over 30 people in close proximity.

Our Rates are per apartment, starting from £50 per night ranging to £175 per night. Prices vary depending upon season, length of stay, previous visits and optional services. Please contact us immediately for an exact quote.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

Full payment is due 30days in advance of stay - this is non-refundable.
