Comfortable family home with a spacious front yard features a private beach! Plenty of room for entertaining both inside and out. Enjoy the comforts of a year-round home with everything provided....and a view of Lake Michigan from the kitchen and living room! Access to the beach is just a quick walk down the dune. Downtown Grand Haven is just a short bike ride away!
Bedding: King in master, full bed, bunkbed, futon in the 4 bedrooms.
Would possibly consider 8 people if some are children.
20% deposit due by check, remainder paid at check-in. I do not charge a cleaning fee but I do request that the house is left clean.
