Our beach theme END Unit condo has great views from the L shape balcony.  So peaceful and great amenities; such as Indoor - Outdoor Pools, Hot Tub and fitness room! Top Floor (NO Elevator). **Please check our CALENDAR for availability.

NON-Smoking condo and No Pets permitted (HOA Rule). The Island of Sunset Beach is only a scenic 3 mile drive along Shoreline Drive past Oyster Bay Golf Links and over the NEW bridge.   Sunset Beach has public parking, Gazebo, showers for rinsing and AC/Heated Restrooms.  Bike rentals are available too.  NEW - there is a boat launch and pier where the "old swing bridge" used to be located  on the mainland side. 

A Fully Equipped kitchen for that "at home" atmosphere - dishwasher, coffeemaker, microwave, crockpot and toaster.  Living area provides easy access to an LShape PRIVATE balcony and has been decorated to capture the cozy style of beach living.  The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and a daybed (twin) with a 32" TV/DVD.  The main bath has a tub/shower combination.  The second Bedroom has two double beds, undercounter fridge, coffeemaker, microwave, large whirlpool tub, a separate shower and a TV/VCR.  All Rooms have ceiling fans.

Golf courses galore: Carolina Shores, Palmetto Greens, Sea Trail's Jones, Byrd & Maples courses, Oyster Bay, The Thistle, Lion's Paw, Tiger's Eye and more.  Enjoy famous Calabash Seafood AND North Myrtle Beach offers great entertainment only 20 minutes away - Ripley's Aquarium is a Must See.  Check out YouTube videos about Bird Island that you can walk to on Sunset Beach - write in the Kindred Spirit Mailbox notebook!
