Colony II Condo - View Intracoastal Waterway - Fall Spec in Sunset Beach

Lovely 2BR/2BA condo with a view of the Intracoastal Waterway and a filtered view of the Ocean!  Adjacent to the Oyster Bay Golf Links, our beach theme condo has large rooms and great views from the L shape balcony.  So peaceful and great amenities; such as Indoor and Outdoor Pools, hot tub and fitness room!  

The Island of Sunset Beach is a scenic 2 mile drive.   Sunset Beach has public parking, Gazebo, showers for rinsing and bike rentals are available nearby. 

Golf courses galore: Sea Trail, Oyster Bay, The Thistle, Lion's Paw, Tiger's Eye and more.  The famous Calabash Seafood is just 3 miles away.  North Myrtle Beach has great entertainment and is only a 15 minute drive. 

Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen  for "at home" convenience with dishwasher and microwave.  The spacious living area has two sliding glass doors and has been decorated to capture the cozy style of beach living.  The L shaped balcony has a table with chairs for outdoor dining.  The Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and a daybed; Second Bedroom has two double beds, undercounter fridge and microwave, a large jetted tub, and a separate shower.  LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED. 

 This is a Non-Smoking and No Pets Allowed condo.  No Daily Maid Service. 

***DEAL*** If you only need one bedroom, you can rent only the Main Suite with the Master Bedroom/Balcony/Washer/Dryer, OR, you can rent only the 2nd Bedroom which has the following: Microwave/Coffeemaker/sink/undercounter frig/jacuzzi/shower.  SPECIAL Rates can be offered for either accommodation.**

First payment 50% due 60 days before reservation; Second payment 50% 30 days prior.  $100 Damage Deposit returned within 2 weeks after successful conclusion of agreement.

Credit or Debit Card can be accepted via Paypal for your convenience and last minute reservations.  Personal checks are also accepted.
