Just what you are looking for...great location at a reasonable price. Just steps to Beach and Bay. A fabulous, light, bright, modern and tastefully decorated Townhome condominium. Approximately 1,200 sq. ft. of comfortable living space with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Modern kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove, oven, trash compactor, built-in microwave, disposal, coffee maker, and well equipped with glassware, tableware and cookware. Queen bed and color TV in each bedroom.

Family Room has an HD LCD Flatpanel TV, DVD player and stereo system. Washer and Dryer is in unit. 2 car garage with automatic door opener. (tandem parking) Gated with intercom and electronic entry. Bedding, pillows, blankets, linens, bedspreads, and bath towels included.

The Townhome is uniquely located in the central area of Mission Beach with close access to everything you want while on vacation including the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, the Gaslamp district, Old Town State Park, Sea World, Legoland, and much more.

Walking distance to Belmont Park where you can enjoy arcades, indoor swimming, a fitness center, rides and the famous GIANT DIPPER ROLLER COASTER. The Wave House is next door for great food, ocean front bar or to enjoy the wave machine for surfing and boogie boarding. Sailing, motorboats, and other water craft rentals close by. Deep sea fishing is also just a couple minutes away.

A $350 refundable securtiy deposit is required.

What a gem!

My husband and I decided to take my mom to San Diego (she was visiting from out of state). We searched high and low for a condo rental that was affordable and in good condition. This condo rental was both! Plus, it was in the perfect location! It was only a 1 minute walk to the beach/boardwalk, 5 minutes to SeaWorld, and just under 15 minutes to Midway or Balboa.

The condo itself was definitely updated with a great vanity in the master bedroom! It had a great size kitchen that was stocked with all the pots, pans, silverware, cups, plates, etc that you would need. All we did was stock up on food! The rooms were so spacious and the bathrooms were clean and updated. I personally LOVED the master shower- it had dual shower heads!

The condo is within walking distance of many restaurants and even close enough to the Mission Bay park. Mission Blvd got a little noisy on the weekend, but the windows did a really good job of blocking out the sound.

We were all truly impressed with the unit and with Bill's professionalism and accessibility. He is honest and was very easy to work with and to contact.

We have already claimed this condo as "our place" and will definitely rebook when we visit again!

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
