Aloha, this is a private rental.  Renters have the entire property for privacy.  Their are no other rooms rented out.  Welcome to this comfortable four bedroom two bath property with 4th bedroom and 2nd bath in seperate studio with hot tub outside. vacation home sleeps 8 has one queen size bed, two king and two twin size beds. The forth bedroom is a separate studio with it's own bath and kitchenette. There is two kayaks and paddles for your use.  This vacation home has been blessed with wonderful trade winds and large decks have been added to enjoy the outdoors. There is a gazebo on the back deck for BBQ even if it rains. The entire house has been remodeled in a tropical Hawaii style. Kailua is the best town and beach on Oahu. This home is 2.5 blocks to an area of Kailua Beach known as Kalama's. This is the only beach in the area where you can snorkel and body board safely in the same area. Kailua has miles of beautiful white sand beaches voted one of the best in the world. Kailua town is an upscale beach town with fabulous restaurant and shopping.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT $250 REFUNDABLE MINUS CLEANING APPROX $170.  Deposit holds your dates until 10 weeks prior to arrival at which point rental needs to be paid in full and can no longer be canceled.  Deposit can be made through paypal address or by credit card over phone.
