This house has an open floor plan with the kitchen opening to the dining room and living room.  This makes it ideal for cooking and entertaining.  The kitchen was completely redone 2 years ago.  It has granite countertops and a magnificent island that accommodates 6 people.The stove is gas and has a grill which makes it ideal for cooking hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken etc. The stove is in the island which makes it ideal for cooking and serving. All appliances are Jenn-Air.

The dining room is beautifully furnished with a dining wood table that opens to 5 ft square and sits 8 when opened.
Also in the dining room there is a buffet/server and an antique armoire with dishes to serve 8-10 people.  There are lots of windows with magnificent views of the backyard and plenty of light.

The living room has a 42" High definition plasma TV, gas fireplace, computer desk with computer and printer, and lots of windows with gorgeous views of front courtyard and backyard. It has 2 very comfortable sofa beds, 1 queen sofa bed (sleeps 2) and 1 full sofa bed (sleeps 1-2).

Comcast cable, HBO, ESPN On Demand etc.

The Master Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and 1 comfortable chair that opens to a twin bed. It also has a dresser with plenty of drawers and a mirror and 2 nightstands.  It has gorgeous views of the front garden and it has plenty of light with its 3 windows.  It also has a closet for hanging clothes.  There is also ethernet connection a television and a dvd player.  The master bath has been partially updated with a new Koehler sink and toilet and it has a tub with a shower.

The Bedroom #2 is just outside of #1 and it has a queen bed and dresser with plenty of drawers  and a mirror and 2 nightstands. There is a closet for hanging clothes. There is also ethernet connection a television and a dvd player.
The bathroom #2 is located just outside the bedroom and it can easily be converted to a master bathroom by closing a pocket door.  This room also has plenty of light and its large 2 windows face the beautiful backyard.

The small master is separated from the other 2 bedrooms by the living room/dining room area and it has 2 single beds.  The small master bath has a shower (no tub), a sink and a toilet.  This is also the smallest of the 2 bedrooms and will not accommodate a wheelchair unless one of the beds is removed.  There is also ethernet connection a television and a dvd player in this room.

The whole house has hardwood floors and the ceiling in the kitchen and living room are vaulted.
There is wireless internet as well as ethernet connections in the living room and all bedrooms.

All bedding is at a minimum 300 count.

Outdoor gas grill in the back yard and a solar heated above ground Pool  (16’ 8” x 49”) (no charge to heat the pool!)

Bicycles, beach chairs, beach umbrellas,  beach towels and golf clubs are also provided.

This is a Pet friendly home.
