Besides the absolute gorgeous pool and views from this home, the new owners have upgraded. We have New paint, furniture, appliances, hardwood floors, bedding, decor, basket ball goal, outdoor kitchen with plenty of seating at the bar and a gas stainless steel grill that Bobby Flay would be proud to use! It also has a built in fridge so you don't have to climb the stairs for that cold drink when relaxing by the pool.

Sandy Footprints is very well maintained and furnished. Has great views and more privacy than most homes. Located on the north end of the Cape close to the State Park entrance.

The pool at Sandy Footprints is one of, if not the largest Private Pools for a vacation rental home on Cape San Blas. It's even larger than many of the shared community pools on the Cape. And it is only approx 300 feet from the beach, so you also have quick and easy access to the warm waters and white sand beaches Cape San Blas offers.

Sandy Footptints is a 4 BR, 3 1/2 bath home located very close to the entrance of St Joesph's state park.  There are only 3 homes within approx 1000 feet of Sandy Footprints, so it also has lots more privacy than most Cape vacation homes offer and is located in the much desired area on the north end of the Cape.

This home will sleep 12 in beds, the King master bedroom faces the Gulf of Mexico  as does another queen bedroom.  It also has a 2'nd queen master and 4'th bedroom that has 2 full/twin bunk beds.

Sandy Footprints is owned by a family that rented beach homes for their vacations for many years and  they know how important a very nicely furnished and extremely well stocked beach home is to the overall enjoyment of your family's vacation.

Living Room has a large flat HDTV, all bedrooms have TV's, the kitchen is overstocked, and I'm talking everything you need, it is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen!  and the gulf facing dining room combined with the breakfast bar will seat 12 for meals. 

There are two large gulf facing covered decks with lots of outdoor furnishings and plentiful parking underneath and beside of the home.  Need room to also park your boat? - there is plenty of easy access and turn around parking space available at Sandy Footprints.

With 4 Bedrooms, a spacious interior, 2 large Gulf facing covered decks and it's  over sized Private Pool, Sandy Footprints is a great vacation home choice for large families or two families traveling together.
