Besides the absolute gorgeous pool and views from this home, the new owners keep this home very well maintained. The basket ball goal, outdoor kitchen with plenty of seating at the bar and a gas stainless steel grill that Bobby Flay would be proud to use are just some of the nice touches! It also has a built in fridge so you don't have to climb the stairs for that cold drink when relaxing by the pool.
Sandy Footprints has great views and more privacy than most homes, there are only 3 other homes on this long driveway and open on both sides. It is located on the north end of the Cape close to the State Park entrance.
If a Large Private Pool would really add to the relaxation and enjoyment of your Vacation at Cape San Blas, then Sandy Footprints may be the perfect Gulf View & Private Pool home for you and your family to vacation in.. The pool is larger than most community pools and Sandy only sits a short 300 feet from the beautiful white sand beaches.
The layout is great, there are 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. on the first level up is the kitchen, dining and living area, 1/2 bath as well as a queen bedroom with private bath. Next level up are 3 bedrooms, 1 king master, 1 queen and a bunkroom with 2 full/twin bunk beds. There is a full bath in the hallway the queen and bunkroom share. We can sleep 12 in beds.
Living Room has a large flat HDTV, all bedrooms have TV's, the kitchen is overstocked, and I'm talking everything you need, it is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen! and the gulf facing dining room combined with the breakfast bar will seat 12 for meals.
There are two large gulf facing covered decks with lots of outdoor furnishings and plentiful parking underneath and beside of the home. Need room to also park your boat? - there is plenty of easy access and turn around parking space available at Sandy Footprints.
Sandy Footprints is owned by a family that rented beach homes for their vacations for many years and they know how important a very nicely furnished and extremely well stocked beach home is to the overall enjoyment of your family's vacation.
With 4 Bedrooms, a spacious interior, 2 large Gulf facing covered decks and it's over sized Private Pool, Sandy Footprints is a great vacation home choice for large families or two families traveling together.

Attention all nature lovers, bird and wildlife watchers and my personal favorite, those who LOVE TO FISH!! The months of Sept, Oct and Nov are absolutely Awesome for these activities. Both Surf and Offshore Fishing are unbelievably great in the fall; no kidding, sometimes you will get tired of catching them and put the pole down to go stroll.
