could be a fourth bedroom since it has a full size sleeper with memory foam bed topper for your comfort. Also, great for your convenience while at the pool. Also, 2 car
garage to keep your vehicles clean from the salt air. The second floor is a
large master bedroom and bathroom. I wanted to make the master extra
special. You will feel like you are on a tropical island in this
king size bamboo canopy bed. Two other bedrooms with queen beds. Another bathroom
on this floor. Full size washer and dryer with utility room also on the 2nd floor.  The top floor is my favorite with one large open room. It has windows on all walls so you have a beautiful breeze and views of the waterway. 2" blinds on all windows. The kitchen is light
and bright and has quality kitchenware. Fully stocked with everything you need. Two leather queen sleepers, full size futon with 9" mattress, twin leather ottoman sleeper and arm chairs. Additional futon matress in closet if needed. This is a very comfortable room with 55" LCD TV, a desk for those whom have to bring your work on vacation, wireless DSL provided. The decor includes palm trees and paintings for you to enjoy a tropical atmosphere.
Also, a full bathroom for the guest on the top floor. Bright cheerful
paintings throughout my home makes this a great rental for any
family
to enjoy. Beautiful large pool and hot tub and nice private
yard with large palms.
This home is available and decorated beautiful for your
vacation!
TV/DVD's is all rooms...  Master and 2nd bedroom with 32" LCD TV's on wall mounts.

Also, bring your boat if you wish. Boat ramp is only a few hundred feet away and is a great boat ramp with a small fishing pier. For those of you that have stayed in my home before, the boat ramp has been re-done and perfect for launching your boat. My property has plenty of room to park your boat and trailer. This boat ramp is not very busy since it is for the neighborhood. Beach Access is 3 homes to the east. Boat ramp and waterway is 3 homes to the west. This area is great. It is the Best Kept Secret!
