Sleeping areas include; (1) KING Master Suite (including a beautiful master bath with marble counter vanity), attached& dividable Convertable Den/ Bedroom #5/ Sitting room with a Queen-Size pull out sofa bed and a bunk bed (Twin over a Full), Bedroom #2 – Queen Bd., Bedroom #3 – (2) Twin beds, Bedroom #4 - Queen Bed. For additional sleeping, we have a beautiful leather Queen-Size pull out sleeper sofa bed in the living room in front of the decorative fireplace.

Other rooms include Living, Formal Dinning, Family, Entertaining/ Billard - Bar area, Kitchen, Breakfast room, Utility/ Laundry room.  Kitchen is adorned with blond maple custom cabinets with granite counter tops and high end white on white appliances.

Rates vary based on time of year, length of stay, group size and special events.  Posted minimum weekly rate is based on our low season 7 night stay with a maximum occupancy of 8 ppl. and a per/ person/ week addition of $100/ person/ wk up to a maximum of 15 people total. Posted base Rates do not include mandatory cleaning & tax. UNLESS YOUR ARRIVAL DATE IS LESS THAN 3 DAYS AWAY, PLEASE ONLY CONTACT OWNER BY EMAIL(THROUGH WEB SITE) SO HE MAY PROPERLY RESPOND IN WRITTING and CONFIRM AVAILABILTY.  Email inquiries are normally responded to immediately or as soon as owner is available.

Posted weekly rates are based on a week (7 night stay). Our 6 night rates are the same as our 7 nights. Posted rates  vary based on number of occupants, date/ time of year desired, and length of stay so please be as accurate as possible in providing your information.  PLEASE EMAIL FOR AN ACCURATE AND COMPLETE QUOTE.  Cleaning charges apply and vary from $150 to $250 depending on length of stay and group size. Rate Quotes are  good up to 48 hours. No Reservation is binding without a fully executed Reservation Agreement payment of the Total Reservation Fee.
