Very nice home located inside the community of Lakeridge Estates on the north end of the city. 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms, family room with a wet bar just off of the main living room area. Great dining area for dinner with guest. Large covered rear patio with lots of patio furniture including an outside bar. BBQ is hooked up to the natural gas so you never have to worry about running out of propane. Club house complete with swimmin pool just around the corner from the home and in walking distance. Quiet neighborhood filled with lots of friendly neighbors.

Nightly 175.00 Min of 3 nights plus cleaning fee of 150.00 and state taxes of 10.78%. Security Deposit $250.00. All payable in full at time of reservations. (Except Memorial Day/Labor Day/4th of July. 3 night minimum stay is reqired for these holidays. Inquire about the rate)
Weekly: 850.00 Plus 500.00 refundable security deposit, cleaning fee 150.00
plus state taxes of 10.78%. All payable in full at time of reservations
Monthly: $1500.00 (part time only) includes all utilities and internet access, plus $1000.00 refundable security deposit, cleaning fee 150.00. 50% due at time of reservation and balance due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
All cancellations must be in writing. A one-time cancellation fee of 100.00 will be charged on any and all cancellations. Deposit will be forfeited if less than thirty (30) days written notice is given. Rent, taxes and fees will be forfeited if less than thirty (30) days written notice is given.
Full payment is due at time of reservations for all rentals less than 30 days. Acceptable forms of payment are debit or credit card (fees do apply for all credit and debit cards payments) unless other arrangements have been made with the manager. Canadian visitors must supply payments payable on US Funds. We accept Visa, MC and Discover Card.
