Nightly 150.00 Min of 2 nights plus cleaning fee of 150.00 and state taxes of 10.78%. Security Deposit $250.00. All payable in full at time of reservations. (Except Memorial Day/Labor Day/4th of July. 3 night minimum stay is reqired for these holidays. Inquire about the rate)

$500.00 refundable security deposit (due at time of reservations)

Balance due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

All cancellations must be in writing. A one-time cancellation fee of 100.00 will be charged on any and all cancellations. Deposit will be forfeited if less than thirty (30) days written notice is given. Rent, taxes and fees will be forfeited if less than thirty (30) days written notice is given.

Full payment is due at time of reservations for all rentals less than 30 days.  Acceptable forms of payment are Cash (in office only), Cashier checks, Money Order.  Canadian visitors must supply payments payable on US Funds.
