We enjoyed our stay very much. The beach is right outside the front door of the building and it's a short walk to the piers. Having a parking spot was great! Rici, the owner, was extremely nice and very accommodating. There are several shovels, pails and things for the beach, which my daughter was very happy to use. People that either live or were staying at the condo were very helpful as well. Food stores, restaurants, everything was very close. Fun trip! Thanks again Rici!

Great location for a vacation

First of all I want to say that this vacation was the best our family had here in San Diego. We enjoyed the place we stayed it felt like home not all crowed like staying at a hotel. The owner provided good customer service. The best thing is having everything close by to walk and look around not having to be driving around. Small shops,grocery store, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the view of the beach the week we were there. I would recommend this place to a friend. Hope to make another family vac here next year.

Recommended for: families with young children, families with teenagers

Great location

I stayed at this property and I have to say the location is fantastic. Everything is a short walk away such as restaurant/bars, grocery store, and bus stop. Most importantly the beach is just a few feet away from the apartment!

The place looked lovely and it is beautifully setup. It was quite spacious and they have a beautiful kitchen with everything you need to cook. The bedroom and bathroom were also very nice.

Outside the property is a community gas grill, pool and hot tub.

I recommend this place for someone that wants to stay in the Pacific Beach area that doesn't want or have a car to get around. I'll be staying here again next time I come to San Diego, it sure beats a hotel.

Recommended for: girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway
