Enjoy sparkling ocean vistas over the 13th fairway of the Ocean Winds Golf Course from the furnished screen porch and master bedroom of this home. This traditional beach house features original works of art and sleek, modern design style, and is an easy walk to the beach and Beach Club. The rear of this home overlooks a lagoon and the 16th fairway of the Ocean Winds golf course, and has a copper fire bowl in the backyard for family gatherings. FIRST FLOOR: Guests enter from the back of this home, with its deck perfectly located to enjoy the view of the lagoon behind the house. The copper fire bowl circle in the back yard is the perfect place for roasting marshmallows or just enjoying an evening by the fire. The cozy family room opens to the deck via sliding glass doors, and features a wet bar and TV and VCR/DVD combination, as well as a stereo system. Off the family room is a bedroom (2T) with a private bath with stall shower. There is an additional half-bath off the foyer. The kitchen, just down the hall, features stainless steel accents, a flat-top range, and a lovely inlaid floor with a compass motif. There is a pass-through bar (seats 2) to the dining room (seats 6), which has large windows with golf course views and ocean vistas. Next to the dining area is a more formal living room, perfect for good conversations or curling up with a book. The living room opens to the furnished screen porch (seats 6), so with the curtains open, guests can enjoy the fairway and partial ocean views.

SECOND FLOOR: The large master bedroom (K) has its own sitting area, as well as its own TV and VCR/DVD combination, and CD/stereo system. This bedroom accesses the second floor deck, with its views of the fairway and ocean. It also has a private bath, complete with a garden tub and bidet. A second bedroom (D) has great views of the lagoon. It shares a full hall bath with a kids' bedroom (2T), which has a TV and DVD player, and a colorful, playful decor. The third bedroom (Q) opens to the second floor deck, and has a TV and VCR/DVD combination, as well as its own private bath with stall shower.

Pool is a short bike ride away. Pool closes at 9:00 p.m. and beach is always open. Beach is 400 yards from the house. You will be responsible for any additional fees that occur. You have full access to all island amenities.

To access Club facilities, including tennis, golf, dining, pools, etc., guests must purchase a Club Access Card from The Club office. The Card costs $25 per day, or $150 per week. ResortQuest will rebate you for the cost of the Card. Your facility use fees will be charged using this card.

Seabrook Island is filled with many wonderful activities for you and your family to enjoy during your stay.

Golf: Seabrook has two of the finest golf courses in South Carolina – Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds.  Each distinctive in nature, both share the ability to challenge the most seasoned golfer.  The Crooked Oaks Course was designed by legendary course designer Robert Trent Jones, Sr.; it is a 6,746–yard, par 72 course that winds through marsh and old oaks.  The Ocean Winds Course was designed by Willard Byrd; this course is a 6,761–yard, par 72 that takes you all the way to the ocean.

Tennis: The club facility at Seabrook Island consists of 15 clay tennis courts and a full–service Pro Shop.  The USPTA/USPTR certified pros are available to conduct clinics, private lessons, pro match play and/or team round robins.  The tennis facility ranked in the top 25 tennis resorts worldwide by tennis resorts online in 2006.

Equestrian Center: Seabrook Islands wide North Beach provides one of the only beach rides, along the East Coast.  A full-service Equestrian Center provides guided trail rides for beginners and advance riders. Ride along the Atlantic shoreline, under moss-draped live oaks or beside expanses of pristine salt marsh, or experience the beauty of a sunset ride. Children can enjoy the excitement of a pony ride.

Beach:  Seabrook Island offers 3.5 miles of pristine beaches.  The beaches are beautiful and secluded.

Kid’s Club:  Koastal Kids is Seabrook Islands youth program for ages 4-12.  Koastal Kids provides exciting activities such as crabbing, fishing, treasure hunts, shell seeking, arts and crafts, pool games and much more!  There are evening programs that feature sunset beach walks, alligator and turtle viewing, games, arts and crafts and theme nights.

Pools: The pool complex features a junior Olympic lap pool, wading pool and a family pool (heated). Lounge by the water or participate in water aerobics, swim lessons, water basketball and volleyball, or enjoy an in-pool movie at Flick ‘N Float night.  The pool is ocean front so you can also enjoy the ocean views and breezes.  The Pelican’s nest is an ocean-side bar that is located by the pool.  It is a laid back dining experience.  Enjoy live entertainment in the evening.

Fitness Center: A newly remodeled stat-of-the-art fitness center is available to meet all fitness needs.  The fitness center is located ocean front so you can enjoy the ocean views while using equipment or taking classes.

Dining:  Bohcikets' Lounge located above the golf pro shop offers lunch, dinner, and a full-service bar. The Deveaux Room, an ultra-private fine dining establishment, serves 5-star cuisine. The Seaview Restaurant located at the beach club offers lunch and dinner in a casual atmosphere.  The Friday night seafood buffet is a spectacular seafood extravaganza. The Island House is a fine dining experience that is truly one of the best culinary finds in the Charleston area.  Pelican’s Nest and Cap’n Sams are perfect for a quick bite after a dip in the pool. 

Recreation: The game room is located right off the pool area. Board games and video games are just some of the activities available to guest.  There are also basketball and sand volleyball courts outside the Kids Club and a children’s playground.
