Nightly rentals are only available for last minute availability.  March is not available unless rented for the entire month.  This us not a party property but a quiet community.  Please refer to calendar.  Sorry no pets. Must be 30+ to rent. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE CONDO.  There is a balcony.

$200 deposit to reserve. Reservation can be done with credit card with no added fee.

Cleaning fee is $100 (if stay is 5 days or more) $75 for 4 days or less

3% service fee for credit cards but no taxes!

Gorgeous! Owner was quite accommodating. Was apprehensive due to earlier review, but had no problems at all. Loved the pool & fitness area. Easy access to shopping & historic area. Beach was only about 5 minutes away. Place was decorated beautifully; it is clear the owner is a decorator. Will be staying again! Thank you for a great memory!!

Recommended for: age 55+, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

Apartment, Poor Customer Service

I chose this place because it was gated and in a central location; not sure it was worth the trouble.
Jody (owner) sent me the rental agreement via email and asked me to return the same way (I confirmed because the agreement said "Fax"). After I sent back the signed agreement and payment information I thought all way fine.
AFTER Jody charged out credit card for the full amount she started telling me that she wasn't going to give us the entry information until she received the original, this was never discussed previously, but I complied because this was only two weeks before we were due to arrive and I just wanted it done. A week later she claimed she hadn't received it and wasn't going to give us the entry information and said that WE hadn't fulfilled our side of the contract, even though SHE CHARGED OUR CREDIT CARD! We were ready to get a lawyer when the "original" magically arrived in her mailbox and she finaly sent the entry information to us.
When we arrived the gate to the community was wide open, and we never witnessed it closed our entire stay. We also realized that this is a second floor apartment with nice bedrooms but a small common area. There was also, no internet service on the property, not even a wall jack, which in this day and age is very strange.
My heart sank. I felt like I had been taken for a fool.
I know the next items are not the owner's fault, but they were the icing on the cake: the downstairs neighbors partied on their patio every night until midnight (this was directly below the master bedroom)and the police were called to the community twice because people kept wrecking their cars on site (one came through the fence around the property).
If you don't plan on being at the apartment a whole lot and like staying up late, this place is fine.
At least the beds were comfortable.

Owners response: I am terribly upset that this person is so unhappy. Due to time constraints and my policies (which they had a copy of) I made a conditional exception for her fax, with the clear understanding (I thought) that I must have the originals. I kept in contact in an attempt to obtain them so that I could send her the remaining instructions. It did take “forever” for them to arrive, perhaps due to their remote location (their words). Within minutes after receiving the original documents, I sent the entry instructions. I called repeatedly afterwards to be sure they were happy or to answer any questions but never able to speak with them again nor did they return any of my calls. I didn’t even know they had actually stayed until my cleaners went in after their departure. This property is meant for relaxation and I hate that they didn’t enjoy their stay. I told them that we use an unsecured internet signal and though my information on the website does state we have a balcony, I will add that it is on the 2nd floor. It is unfortunate that the week they were there, the gate had a part “on order” and that someone did not properly navigate the 90 degree sharp curve on the property. When I followed up with the neighbors downstairs, they were very apologetic for staying up until midnight and I reminded them that our entire property has “quiet time” that begins at 10 PM and to please be conscientious of their neighbors. Please know that I genuinely strive to do my best and always hope that all of my guests have a pleasant stay and give me a chance to rectify any problem.

Very Nice Condo

This is a beautifully decorated condo with nice features. It's located minutes from downtown Savannah. Jody, the owner, was great to work with and our stay was partcularly enjoyable.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway
