Less than one mile to the South Venice Beach access to the Gulf of
Mexico. Use our ferry pass unlimited to take the private ferry on a 2 min.
ride to the private beach. Excellent neighborhood with very friendly neighbors.

boat ramps with access to the gulf. Great shopping, restaurants, and
some of the worlds most beautiful beaches.
