twin beds with double closets and a bathroom right outside the  
bedroom door. Living room has cathedral ceilings and leather  
furniture. There are tv's with cable in each room, unlimited long  
distance phone service and high speed internet access for your use.

Activities and Attractions

Less than one mile to the South Venice Beach access to the Gulf of  
Mexico. Use our ferry pass unlimited to take the private ferry on a 2 min.  
ride to the private beach. Excellent neighborhood with very friendly neighbors.  
Have a boat? Bring it! There is plenty of parking at the house and many  
boat ramps with access to the gulf. Great shopping, restaurants, and  
some of the worlds most beautiful beaches. 
 
Great Location---Less than a 5min. drive to Wal Mart, Publix, Ross  
Department store, Target, Beals Department store, Bookstore w/coffee  
shop, Pharmacy, Movie theater, many restaurants. 
A 2.5 hr.drive to Disney World in Orlando.

Vacation Rental Rates

June through Nov.          $775 wk.   $2475 mo. 
Dec through May            $975 wk.   $2875 mo. 
Deposit of 50% due with reservation Plus $300 refundable security  
deposit.  The remainder of the rental fee is due 2 weeks prior to check in.
