Completely Remodeled Beach Front Condo in Belleair Beach

La Concha is a small 8 unit building located in the exclusive and private beach community of Belleair Beach. You will feel right at home in the completely remodeled beach front condo.  This condo is located on the ground floor of a small 2 story building. When you walk out the patio doors you will be just steps to the sparking white sand and crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with state of the art, new appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops. The bedrooms offer a tranquil and inviting atmosphere with custom bedding and accessories. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom hosts a custom twin trundle bed with a pull out trundle that "pops" up to create a king bed or it can be used as two twin beds. Each bedroom also has its own TV and DVD player. The living room is truly a place of comfortable luxury with a leather sectional sofa, a big screen TV, DVD and VHS.

Amenities in the condo included a washer and dryer, 3 cable TV's, 3 DVD players, designer furnishings, central air,  fully equipped kitchen and a private beach front balcony.

On site you will have access to a beach front pool, charcoal grill and assigned parking.

Belleair Beach is located on a quaint barrier island along the western shore of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. The waters off our coast are a favorite playground for dolphins and manatees.  From your condo you will have a front row seat for spectacular, award winning sunsets.

La Concha is just a short drive or trolley ride to many local popular destinations. You definitely won't find yourself with a lack of choices on your vacation with a blend of small beach-town charm and big-city functionality.  There is a wide variety of shopping, restaurants and golf courses to choose from.  There's even more fun waiting in nearby Clearwater, Tampa and St. Petersburg. Walt Disney World, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal Studios are all only a short drive away.

Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo, The Pier in St. Petersburg, The Florida Aquarium and The Clearwater Marine Aquarium offer an up close and personal experience with area marine life in their touch tanks and underwater viewing tunnels.
