Absolutely gorgeous oceanview home with 5000 sq ft of pure luxury located within the most exclusive area of the resort. This caribbean villa is set atop of a hill where you can appreciate the most amazing views of the Caribbean Sea & the mountains. It is a 6-level house decorated with beautiful natural coral tiles & elegant granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. It has 5 b/r's with 4 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 2 bunk beds, a crib & a pack n play; 5 bathrooms ( 4 full bathrooms plus 1/2 bath), elevator, pool, several living rooms, 6 balconies, 2 large terraces & a back yard.
The Master is located on the highest level of the house where you can appreciate the best view to the ocean. It has ample balconies, huge walk-in closet & a large living room. The bathroom has a large jacuzzi & shower for a relaxing bath after a fun filled day.
The next floor has 2 b/r's (b/r 1: 2 queen beds & crib, b/r 2: 2 twin beds), a large terrace & balcony. The terrace is furnished with a an outdoor sectional sofa to relax & sun bath while sipping your favorite tropical drink. Excellent for entertaining a group of people or simply a romantic getaway.
Below this floor is the main area of the property, with a large living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, patio terrace & pool. It also has an ample balcony and sitting room area facing East to enjoy the ocean view.
Two additional b/r's & bathrooms are located in the two bottom floors. One of the bedrooms has two bunk beds & the other has a queen bed. Each bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the ocean and a private bathroom.
The house is equipped with cable tv, wireless Inet, a DVD library with over 150 movies, and board games for the whole family to enjoy. There are alsosome pool toys i.e., floaters, inflatables, etc. The house is also prepared to take your entertainment outside with a golf cart, kayaks to cruise along the beautiful coastline, and bikes to ride along miles of paths within the resort.
