Spectacular Ocean View Villa at Palmas del Mar in Puerto Rico

It's trully a spectacular ocean view villa.  The villa inside is an absolutely gorgeous 5000 sq ft home located within the exclusive resort of Palmas del Mar. It is set a top of a hill where you can appreciate the most amazing views of the Caribbean Sea and the mountains.  It is a six-level villa with beautiful natural coral tiles throughout the house.

It has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, elevator, private pool, several living rooms, 6 balconies, 2 large terraces, and back yard.  The Master bedroom is located on the top of the villa where you can appreciate the best view to the ocean. It is just simply sensational.  You feel as though you are cruising in the ocean. It has an ample balcony equipped with a telescope to enjoy your nights gaving at the stars.  This room has a huge walk-in closet and quite a large living room area with a very comfortable sectional sofa.  The living room area has a second balcony overlooking El Yunque Rain Forest.  The master bathroom is a must see!  It is decorated in cream colored marble tiles, with a large jacuzzi & shower for a relaxing bath after a fun filled day. 

As you walk down the stairs or take the elevator you will find a sitting area with nice leather chairs and a balcony.  This floor has two large bedrooms with full entertainment for the family.  It is equipped with cable tv, a DVD library with over 150 movies, an X-Box with over 75 games, and approximately 16 board games for the whole family to enjoy. The east side of this floor has a huge terrace overlooking the ocean. The terrace is fully furnished with a modern outdoor sectional sofa, a bar table & 4 comfortable stools, 2 chaise lounges to relax and sun bath bath while sipping your favorite tropical drink and a large outdoor/patio umbrella. This area is excellent for entertaining a large group of people or simply a romantic getaway. 

A few steps down the stairs you will find a large living room decorated with a brand new comfortable white leather natuzzi sectional sofa.  We have a beautiful plantation style dining room.  The kitchen has granite countertops and it is fully equipped with stainless steel ampliances.  It has an ample balcony and a sitting room area to enjoy the ocean view.  

The patio/pool terrace, 1/2 bathroom, private pool, and a large backyard is located towards the west side of this floor. The villa has plenty of pool toys i.e., floaters, inflatables, etc.

There are 2 other large bedrooms located on the next two bottom floors. One of the bedrooms is decorated with a nice queen bed with DKNY (comfy) sheets and lots of books to read. The other bedroom has two double twin bunk beds (4 twin beds all together). The room is always the top choice for all the kids. Each bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the ocean and a private bathroom.

The villa is also prepared to take your entertainment outside with one complimentary golf cart rental and an additional brand new golf cart rental available for a small fee.  It also has two kayaks to cruise along the beautiful coastline and two adult size bikes to ride along miles of paths within the resort.
