Comfortable and beautifully decorated condo nestled in the trees and overlooking a pond. Wonderful sounds of nature and lots of "critters" to watch from the spacious, screened porch that has space for dining. Recently totally renovated with new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, new appliances, new flooring, and fresh paint. Sleeps four but also has a queen sized sleeper sofa for guests. Master bedroom has queen sized bed, full bath, and opens onto the screened porch. Guest bedroom has twin beds and another full bath. Private walk to the beach...only one and a half blocks. Restaurants and shopping within walking distance. This is a non-smoking unit, and no pets are allowed in the condo or the complex.
